At Surzaa, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Since most of our designs are made-to-order or customized on demand, we currently do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Please take a moment to review our policy below before placing your order.
1. No Refund Policy

All sales on surzaa.com are final.

We do not offer refunds, order cancellations, or returns once an order is confirmed.

This applies to both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products, as each piece is created or reserved exclusively for you.
2. Exchanges (Size or Defect Cases Only)
We do not offer open exchanges for size or preference. However, in rare cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will assist you promptly.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

You must contact us at surzaa.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Please include photos or videos clearly showing the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item).

Our team will verify the issue and confirm next steps by email.
If approved, you may return the product for replacement or store credit (as applicable). Refunds to the original payment mode are not available.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and design integrity, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

Customized or made-to-order garments

Accessories

Sale or discounted items

Products altered or used after delivery
4. Wrong or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered, please do not accept the delivery.
Notify us immediately at surzaa.official@gmail.com with your order ID and photos, so we can raise it with our courier partner (Shiprocket) and arrange a suitable solution.
5. Color & Fabric Variation Disclaimer
All our products are photographed under professional lighting, but slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and fabric nature. Such minor differences do not qualify as defects.
6. Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment is processed through Razorpay, it cannot be canceled or modified.
