• Ready-to-ship items: 1–2 business days

• Customized / Made-to-order items: 6–15 business days processing
  

• Post-processing delivery: 3–6 business days depending on location
  
  

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

2. Shipping Coverage

• Domestic shipping only (India)
  

• International shipping not available at present
  

• We deliver to most PIN codes; unserviceable areas will be notified
  

3. Shipping Charges

• Calculated at checkout based on address and weight
  

• Free shipping may apply for promotions (if applicable)
  

4. Delivery Estimates

Total time for ready-to-ship orders: 3–8 business days
Total time for customized/made-to-order orders: 9–21 business days (processing + delivery)

5. Order Tracking

• Tracking ID provided via email after dispatch
  

• Track orders on Shiprocket portal
  

• Notify us immediately at surzaa.official@gmail.com for any issues
  

6. Failed Deliveries / Address Issues

• Ensure accurate address & contact info
  

• Failed deliveries may require additional shipping charges
  

• Returned parcels will be reshipped only after confirmation
  

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Inspect on delivery; notify within 7 days if defective or incorrect
  

• Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or store credit
