 Welcome to Surzaa (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or purchasing from surzaa.com, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

• These Terms govern all purchases and interactions with our website.
  

• By visiting or placing an order, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Return Policies.
  

• Surzaa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  

2. Products & Customization

• Each Surzaa product is handcrafted or made-to-order, with unique detailing and finish variations.
  

• Product colors may vary slightly due to digital screen differences, lighting, and fabric batches.
  

• Customization orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once confirmed.
  

• We reserve the right to decline any custom order request that is unfeasible or violates design or production limits.
  

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  

• We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway, accepting credit/debit cards, UPI, and wallets.
  

• Once a payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
  

• Orders are only processed after full payment is received.
  

• Surzaa reserves the right to revise product prices, shipping fees, or discounts without notice.
  

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days for ready-to-ship products and 6–15 business days for customized or made-to-order products, followed by 3–6 business days for delivery (depending on location).
  

• We currently ship across India via Shiprocket and trusted courier partners.
  

• International shipping is not available yet.
  

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses will incur additional reshipment charges.
  

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• All sales are final — no refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.
  

• Exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  

• For eligible issues, a replacement or store credit may be offered (no cash refunds).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on this website — including product images, logos, text, and designs — is the intellectual property of Surzaa.
  

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written consent.
  

• Unauthorized use of our brand name or designs will lead to legal action under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws.
  

7. Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as most items are made-to-order.
  

• Surzaa reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:
  

• Product unavailability,
  

• Payment or technical errors, or
  

• Fraudulent activity suspected.
  

8. Limitation of Liability

• Surzaa will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.
  

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen logistical issues.

• Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the product’s value.
  

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian laws, specifically under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
  

• Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
